• Gaz traceur : Utilise un gaz léger (hydrogène) injecté dans les canalisations, détecté à l'endroit où il s'échappe.
• Humidimètre : Mesure l’humidité dans les matériaux pour détecter les zones affectées par des infiltrations.
• Hygromètre : Analyse le taux d'humidité dans l'air ou les surfaces pour identifier les problèmes d’humidité.
• Machine à fumée : Injecte une fumée sous pression dans les canalisations pour localiser les fuites visibles par l’échappement de fumée.
• Test de pression au manomètre : Vérifie l'étanchéité des circuits en mesurant les variations de pression dans les canalisations
